Because each item is printed specifically for you at the time of purchase, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, buyer’s remorse, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Please review sizing charts carefully before placing your order.

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the issue
• A brief description

If approved, we will replace the item at no additional cost.

We do not offer refunds for:
• Incorrect size selection
• Delays caused by shipping carriers
• Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout

Shop Concierge Co reserves the right to determine eligibility for replacement or refund based on provided documentation.
